Drupal contributed service links module helps to make it real easy to build links to external services like del.icio.us, facebook, digg, etc. The benefit of using the service links module compared to the Drupal AddThis module is that it makes page load time fast. Downside is that it does not have as much functionality.

If providing a link where visitors can link your website to other services and speed of page load time is important then this module is worth considering.
